About us

Professor Ting-Peng Liang, the director of Electronic Commerce and Technology Innovation Research Center (ECTIRC), his fields of specialty are Information Management and Electronic Commerce.

Liang has many major academic honors, such as Research Fellow of National Science Council, National Chair Professorship, Ministry of Education, the first Fellow in Asia of Association for Information Systems.

The purpose of this project is to create a cross-domain research team that associate scholars between the university and other institutes to focus on the influence and impacts on economy and society dimensions which were caused from the innovations of Information Technology (IT).
